I am a strong believer in speaking life and death over one’s self. One of the hardest things to do is guard our tongues, but if we guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus that task becomes easier. The bible says that life and death lie in the power of the tongue. (Proverbs 18:21) We have to learn to speak life and positivity into our lives. What we say is ultimately our reality, So we have to be careful what we allow to come out of our mouths and speak life into yourselves daily and intentionally. Sometimes life around us seems to be falling apart. ( I mean just take a look on social media these days.) Sometimes all we can speak is what we see, but what if I told you that you could speak life in the midst of it all. Perception is everything and with faith you can move mountains. We have to “see” even when we can’t and speak the things that are not in plain view just yet. That’s Faith! I try and speak life into myself everyday. Is it hard some days? Absolutely, but it’s necessary. So, today I am sharing 10 things I speak over my life daily.

I am fearfully and wonderfully made - God made me the way He envisioned and I am perfect in His eyes and mine.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - My strength lies in the Lord and I can do ANYTHING I put my mind to.
Girl, Get Up - Even when life knocks me down I get up again and again. Everyday I tell myself “Girl, get up, YOU GOT THIS”
I have purpose - I don’t have time to waste, I have a divine purpose on this Earth.
Bye Fear! - God did not give me a spirit of fear, but power, love and a sound mind… Bye Fear!
I forgive me - I don’t always make the best choices or do the right things, but I grant myself grace and I forgive me.
I have peace - My peace transcends my understanding and I will not worry about things I can not control.
I am ENOUGH- PERIODT!
I shine in darkness - I am not changed by the world around me, My light shines in this dark world.
Sis, YOU GOT THIS - Whatever comes my way I got this!
