15 Proverbs That Will Change Your Life

15 Proverbs That Will Change Your Life

I didn’t want to wait until the new year to start tackling my goals. One of my goals is to study my bible more and grow a deeper relationship with God. So, in December I took on the proverbs challenge to gain consistency in doing so and it changed my life. The month of December has 31 days and there are 31 chapters in the book of Proverbs in the bible. I read one chapter of Proverbs daily. This process helped me in so many ways. I grew closer to God through His word and it was awesome. I started to read and felt like God was speaking right to me. On somedays it was the exact word I needed to go on with my day. I was convicted, encouraged, inspired and so much more. I am not a morning person at all and I even started a little morning routine; starting with prayer, reading the bible, then written prayer in my prayer journal. Reading Proverbs taught me some major life lessons and today I’m sharing 15 Proverbs that will change your life.
